I carry mixed emotions for article marketing. It makes me appreciate and loath it at the same time. For brand building - for visibility and promotion, using article marketing is a very advantageous medium.
Unfortunately web space is filled with many sub standard articles to utilize back links - ahem...
One must be very careful while using web publishing and other marketing tools as they might look substandard if not used prudently. One must understand and keep some basic rules in mind.
What constitutes article marketing?
Article marketing is synonym to article publishing. The article consists of a link to targeted website this where the marketing secret lies. By publishing article one not only gets product/website's publicity, awareness, Mecate reins name recognition but also it gives expert recommendation about that particular subject. It results in attracting a targeted audience to the site and also increases page ranking and position in search engines.
The whole idea is to get your article in front of as many viewers as possible. Obviously the article needs to be of good enough quality as it can in order to capture the readers interest enough for them to read through to the end and want to read more.
Once you have built rapport with the reader, you are much more likely to develop a relationship and hopefully request that they take an action, like clicking through to your website to read more, or visiting a special offer you have made for them.
Article marketing has been considered to be the king of online marketing... You won't get many lovers of paid traffic agreeing with you, but in my opinion it can't be beat.
